ASM is embarking on a business transformational journey to streamline and improve our business processes, through the implementation of IT solution, eg. SAP S/4HANA and other industry leading tools. Key to the success is by driving process excellence through process mining. You will collaborate with the business to understand requirements, extract and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities, bottlenecks, deficiencies, etc. in Celonis. You will then update data model, simulate and analyze the updated process to confirm value realized.
The role of the business process owner involves mainly:

  • Help business drive significant business outcomes by leveraging insights uncovered through Celonis
  • Collaborate directly with different levels of stakeholders, including Business Function Owners (BFOs), Business Process Owners (BPOs), other business users, and IT, to understand their goals, objectives and requirements and translate them into technical requirements
  • Plan, schedule and manage project timelines and activities to ensure on-time delivery and business requirements are met
  • Work with IT to extract and transform business data and load them into Celonis platform
  • Design process and business-specific dashboards, analyses and reports
  • Present implementation results to confirm business requirements are met and objectives achieved
  • Organize and lead workshops

The ideal candidate will have:
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, especially in applying technology solutions to solve business problems
  • An inquisitive mindset and a yearn for details are key attributes of this role
  • Experience in 2 or more of below business domains:
    • Supply Chain
    • Manufacturing
    • Demand planning/management
    • Finance (RTR process)
    • Procure-To-Pay (PTP)
    • Order-To-Cash (OTC)
    • Workflow management
  • Implementation experience in Celonis will be a strong advantage
  • Knowledge of and experience in Segregation of Duties (SoD) implementation will be advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT-related discipline, Engineering, business management, or any related discipline with 3+ years of relevant working experience.
  • 2+ years in process improvement / technology consulting, professional services, or software implementation services
  • Experience in SQL and data visualization experience
  • Project experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to gather user requirements and explain solution in person and in writing.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and technically challenging environment.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
