Job Responsibilities

• To perform procurement analysis on a) demand & inventory optimization, b) FRU & consumables demand prediction/modelling, c) war room initiatives by AT Kearney, d) MTM metrics by ATK, e) spot buy and PPV tracking by GEP/ATK, f) spend and supply base optimization.
• Ensure accurate master data set up in system and system reporting function.
• Overall coordinate with departments heads and administration regarding extraordinary purchasing requirements necessary to fit strategy and project plan.
• Develop, maintain and revise purchasing processes (i.e., standard operation process related to purchasing, supplier management) per ISO 13485 standard.
• Prepare reports for corporate relating to purchasing and prepare recommendations as to policy, procedural improvements, forecasts and projects.
• Assign and allocate tasks to the buyer team.
• Lead the purchasing team in internal and external audit activity

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Purchasing or equivalent
• min 8 years of relevant experience in purchasing or materials management
• Great teammate, resourceful, highly motivated and responsible with high Integrity
• Willing to learn and multitask when required
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills to manage relationships with Strategic Suppliers and all level of people from peers, colleague and Senior Management.
• Good knowledge of ERP system and MS Excel skills
