Senior Procurement Engineer ($5000 $7000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$7K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Sourcing includes recommendations on potential new Suppliers and alternative Suppliers to support bidding & operations for PP direct materials within EAPA/APAC Region
- Timely updates in all databases for Cost Saving, Pricing Database and Vendor List Database.
- Coordinate and review contract Terms & Conditions deviation with stakeholders (Legal & Project)
- Direct Coordinator between internal stakeholders for Supplier Assessment (New & Existing) and Classification of Suppliers base on their Commercial, Technical & Quality competency & performance.
- Support Projects in case of escalations during material orders that will impact the Purchase order and ensure disputes are finalized with less to no impact to Project Execution.
- Active in Supplier Relationship Management
- Knowledge transfer to newer colleagues for the succession process for sustainability.
- Reporting to Procurement Manager for monitored activities, issues, and other highlights
- Master in Engineering or business administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Good knowledge of contractual terms is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
