Job Description
$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: CBDResponsibilities
- Manage sourcing and category management activities for assigned categories.
- Manage and lead procurement activities for materials, equipment, services and supplies from vendors.
- Lead the competitive sourcing process, initiation of RFI/RFQ/RFP, negotiation of commercial terms, preparation of analysis and recommendation of award.
- Execute all contractual matters of assigned projects and ensure that they are dealt with effectively and within reasonable timeframe and in accordance with management\'s decision
- Maintain and review from time to time an efficient and effective supplier base that best supports the business and operational requirements
- Ensure cost-effective products and services are provided to the business with consistent quality
- Analyze past and future inventory demand volumes, inventory trends and make forecast to minimize wastages or surplus
- Ensure discrepancies in purchases, purchase orders and invoices are reconciled within the month
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
