Job Description


My clients are a well known Automation Manufacturing company that drive excellence in sourcing and procurement. They are currently looking for talented and motivated Procurement Executive to enhance their operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment and is passionate about optimizing procurement processes.Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and evaluate new suppliers for Direct and Indirect procurement needs.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions, ensuring the best price, lead time, and delivery terms.
  • Manage cost reduction activities and meet annual cost savings KPIs.
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies and company guidelines.
  • Prepare and manage contracts, including negotiations and post-award administration.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years\' experience in Strategic Sourcing.
  • Expereience within Semicondutor, Oil & Gas, Industrial Manufacturing or Medical Device industries.
  • Experience with SAP, HANA, Ariba, or similar procurement systems.
  • Proficiency in Excel and BI reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to excel in a multi-stakeholder environment and adapt to change.
