Contribute to the attainment of group policy deployment and procurement campaign goals, i.e. in the areas of savings, automation, continuous improvement and innovation. Strong partnership with End Users, Finance, Planning and QA. Manage and control the entire Procure-To-Pay process Collaborate with suppliers including troubleshooting in case of delivery and/or project execution problems. Act as a liaison between the Pillar procurement teams and global suppliers Manage the supplier database including Sourcing of new potential suppliers + revalidation of existing suppliers Contribute to group and cross-functional projects/initiatives in a lead or supporting role, as the case may be Ensure compliance versus company procedures and SOX Management reporting and analysis Profile Requirements Desired Competencies are: a. Purchasing Process and Purchasing Strategy b. Negotiation Techniques c. Project Management Skills d. Process-oriented and compliance awareness e. Suppliers management, Contracting f. Knowledge on front-end semiconductor equipment & manufacturing processes g.
