Responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, and coordinate in product regulatory compliance test according to local, national, and international standards.
• Determine and interpret the relevant compliance standards for telecommunication equipment.
• Analyze test and failure data, prepare reports and presentation to disclose results, findings and observations, highlighting areas for further investigations and analysis
• Support product design team to ensure EMC/EMI and RF Wireless mitigations are properly implemented in the design
• Support product design team in reliability analysis and improvement
• Identify possible deviations to certification requirements occurring in production and follow up on actions to be taken including fault analysis and execution of engineering change.

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in EMC compliance testing, data interpretation and debug experience.
• Hands-on experience on RF product design certification compliance screening and testing.
• Good understanding of test requirement and procedure for telecommunication equipment under Harmonized European Standard EN 301 489-1, EN 301 489-12 & IEC 62368-1
• Experience in telecommunication equipment reliability analysis & testing is an added advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experienced in telecommunication product certification requirements and processes
• Experienced in MTBF calculation and failure analysis
• Knowledge in quality assurance, quality system and product certification role
• Familiar with product development and design processes

• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks, complete them successfully and within timeline
• Capable of working independently with minimum guidance
