We are looking for a driven and experienced individual for a client in a renowned brand in the Financial Services Industry. This role is a Permanent opportunity. My client is seeking an individual who is passionate in managing a team of product designers and delivering the best-in-class customer experience. Requirements:

• Be an advocate for user-centred design principles, use data from user tests, analytics and A/B tests to make informed decisions to drive the design process and meet business goals
• Be a hands-on individual to manage a project end-to-end independently and own the user experience in project
• Use data and insights to present design approaches to stakeholders
• Be an effective communicator to efficiently articulate design deliverables across internal teams
• Conduct user research, interviews to gain valuable customer insights
• Own the end-to-end design process including creating wireframes, prototyping and user flows
• Guide and lead fellow team members
• Perform QA testing on functionality and visual design

Responsibilities:

• 4-5 years' UI/UX experience in agency or product design
• Experienced in user experience design for web and mobile applications
• Familiar with Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, Illustrator and Design System
• Meticulous and have an eye for visual design and hands-on experience in User Interface
• Experienced in service design, using various methods to conduct user research
• Ability to translate research findings to tangible product features
