We are currently seeking a Senior Product Management Lead to join our Honeywell Electronic Materials (HEM) team in our Changi, Singapore office. Reporting to the Regional General Manager your focus will be responsible for APAC marketing / Product Management for Honeywell AM Electrics business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for APAC marketing / product management for Honeywell AM Electrics business.

• Establish and execute Strategic Plan and Annual Operating Plan to drive business growth.

• Coordinate cross functional teams including sales, Customer Services, Technical Services and Supply Chain and more to execute business objectives.

• Develop close relationship with key accounts to drive sustainable growth.

• Ensure pricing discipline to optimize revenue and margin

• Provide guidance to Global and regional sales teams on value selling & channel management

• Maintain solid understanding of the market and competitors

• Drive key account engagement to enable strategic growth

• Drive the SIOP (Sales Inventory Operation Planning) process and execution with cross-functional teams

MUST HAVE:

• BA/BS degree. MBA preferred

• Demonstratable experience in driving electrics products business

• Ability to influence and negotiate in a global matrix organization

• Strong business acumen, bias for action and results-oriented

• Proven track record of leading projects/product launches

• Industry and product experience on electrics products

• Strong tactical and strategic skills

• Process/System Oriented

• Analytical thinking and decision making

• Entrepreneur skills and record of exceeding objectives
