$9K+ AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: EastResponsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to deeply understand user needs and preferences, and stay up-to-date on industry trends and innovations
• Develop and execute a comprehensive Advanced Messaging products strategic plan, including market positioning, use-cases, and innovation initiatives
• Own the product roadmap for the Advanced Messaging portfolio, including prioritization, planning, specifications, development coordination, testing, training, and go-to-market activities
• Define and track key performance metrics for the Advanced Messaging portfolio, and continuously analyze and report on business, quality, and usage trends
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts, to gather feedback, explore usage patterns, and integrate insights into the product roadmap
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to deliver a seamless and best-in-class Advanced Messaging experience across different touchpoints (8\xc3\x978 Converse, 8\xc3\x978 Connect, Automation Builder, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, Finance, and Engineering, to ensure smooth product launches and successful go-to-market activities
• Mentor and lead a team of Product Managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to help them reach their full potential

Requirements

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in SQL for database interaction and data analysis is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
