We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled (Senior) Product Manager for our fast-growing Product team. The ideal candidate would have experience developing and launching SME lending products in a fast-paced environment. You\xe2\x80\x99ll have a deep passion for user experience and experience building for viral take up! You\xe2\x80\x99re comfortable managing through influence, and are energised by cross-functional environments. Requirements What will you do:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute the product roadmap.
• Assess business requirements and generate new ideas that fill product gaps, grow market share and drive growth.
• Translate product enhancements and strategy into detailed requirements and roadmaps.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, and ongoing optimisation and be accountable for it\xe2\x80\x99s success.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, other product managers, business teams, and the leadership team to drive alignment and deliver on your roadmap
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with cross-functional stakeholders on project updates, success metrics, and risks if any
• Analyze data and user feedback to make informed decisions for product enhancements and iterations. Maintain accurate and thorough documentation around PRDs, reports, methodologies, etc. in a timely manner.

What we are looking for:

• At least 4+ year\xe2\x80\x99s experience in product management
• MS/BS degree in computer science, math\xe2\x80\x99s or engineering preferred
• Proven track record of developing and launching new tech products and managing the end to end technical product lifecycle
• A background in the lending fintech sector or a related industry would be advantageous.
