Job Description

Our client is a global pharmaceutical company, dedicated to improving the lives of patients through the development and commercialization of innovative therapeutics. This is an exciting opportunity to join the marketing team in Singapore to lead the marketing strategy and product lifecycle of the assigned oncology portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage brand in assigned product portfolio in Singapore.
• This would include strategy conceptualization, stakeholder buy in through to execution of agreed initiatives, using in-depth market insights and business/marketing acumen to ensure effective and successful achievements of business and brand objectives.
• Effectively adapt and work within brand team concept and culture to execute ideas, liaising with and harnessing multi-functional internal stakeholders\' expertise.
• Achieve and exceed brand\'s business objectives and identified strategic ambition with accountability for successful and timely completion of agreed KPIs.
• Provide in field support to sales team to enhance execution of marketing initiatives and gather market insights for Singapore markets, according to company set KPIs.
• Develop and manage KOLs for assigned therapeutic areas with regular visits in accordance to agreed brand strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in pharmacy or biomedical science
• 3 years of new product launch or product management experience in Oncology/Haematology/Specialty Care
• High business and marketing acumen
• Strong strategic thinker and solid marketing competencies
• Excellent written and spoken English
