Mediacorp has the widest range of media platforms in Singapore spanning digital, television, radio, and out-of-home media. Its mission is to engage, entertain and enrich audiences. Mediacorp is seeking a Senior / Product Manager who is passionate about delivering innovative products and services to work with its OTT product, meWATCH.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with experience in working with designers, developers, stakeholders and business owners. The candidate will be analytical, solutions-focused, and able to execute product initiatives across multiple business units simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders in driving the product roadmap
• Work with UX, product engineering and service delivery leads in developing and execute product plans
• Work with digital sales head and business owner to develop digital monetization opportunities
• Identifying ongoing product enhancement opportunities in order to help grow reach and engagement
• The creation of business cases & technical documentation for new features or products by gathering requirements, costs and market insights
• Acting as project lead for specific roadmap items
• Creation of user stories and acceptance criteria for development sprints
• Ensuring that requirements are met via constant feedback loops
• Understanding emerging digital trends and assessing local market impact

Requirements

• 3-5 years of hands-on product management experience. Day-to-day product ownership and ideation
• Experience in delivering excellent digital products
• Experience with OTT or OVP products
• Experience in Agile product management processes
• Experience launching digital products for tablet, mobile, TV or consumer devices
• Experience working with Recommendations and Search a huge plus
• Excellent in analytics, must use data, market research and industry best practice to identify and solve user problems and create opportunities for business.
• Experience in Conducting A/B testing, use the insights to roll out the best most impactful experience
• Custodian of the User Journey and KPIs associated with it - Understand user needs via user research and usability studies
• Familiarity with web and app technologies
• Excellent time and project management skills, able to manage multiple initiatives with varying schedules simultaneously
