DESIGNATION : Senior Product Manager (Offers)

RESPONSIBILITIES
NE Digital is currently hiring for a Senior Product Manager to join the Pricing tribe. The Offers role within the Pricing tribe will define offers and promotional strategies to optimise the growthand profitability for our Grocery and Food businesses, online and in-store. We are excited by short feedback loops and strive to always deliver a better experience for ourcustomers. You will be working closely with the business and tech team to chart out the product approach and technologies required to move the FPG businesses from 0 to 1 and then from 1 to100. You will be reporting to the Product Management Lead. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the product vision, roadmap for FPG-wide offers and promotions
  • Make principled decisions on feature and backlog prioritisation
  • Hands on evaluation and setup of systems to meet business needs
  • Transform input and ideas from various sources (eg. customer feedback, businessrequirements, metrics, competitor research) into user stories and functional specifications.
  • Define product and business metrics that are meaningful, tangible and actionable
  • Be hands on in the product life cycle from conceptualisation to development to release


QUALIFICATIONS
  • 4-8 years experience in product management roles, leading discovery with business stakeholders, crafting and prioritising backlogs and validating assumptions
  • Experience in customer experience management, customer behavior analysis, user experience design and user interface design
  • Strong stakeholder management, problem solving and decision making
  • Excellent analytical skills with 'big picture' mindset and attention to relevant details, especially in the areas of pricing and feasibility analysis
  • Resilience, drive and getting-things-done mindset
  • Possess the ability to inspire and influence key internal and external stakeholders and build and manage wider relationships
  • Seen as a key industry expert in the offers/pricing domain in online and/or in-store retail
