We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (SPM) for our Jobseeker Content team to lead Salary/Pay transparency initiatives.

The Salary team helps millions of jobseekers find the right job for them, which matches their unique preferences. “Salary” is the top information that jobseekers want to see in jobs, before they decide to apply.

Our goal is to make salaries transparent for jobseekers, so that they are paid fairly.

We do this by:

• Collecting accurate salary information from various sources i.e. jobs, employers and jobseekers
• Make it relevant i.e. build deep understanding of salary & benefits components for all segments of jobseekers
• Ensure it’s comprehendible & accessible i.e. find the best way to communicate to jobseekers

KPIs you would be driving:

• Help job seekers find better paying jobs resulting in improved “Job search & apply” experience
• Driving growth of our salary content pages, with a strong focus on SEO and providing a great job seeker experience.

Responsibilities:

• Define a compelling vision and a strong narrative which clearly articulates the mission for your product, goals, and path to success.
• Influence colleagues and senior leadership teams towards the long-term vision
• Build a great understanding of job seeker needs via research and market analysis. Validate hypotheses with A/B testing & convert data into actionable insights.
• Work closely with engineering and UX, leading development sprints to help define and develop the best solutions within a reasonable timeframe
• Focus on SEO to drive organic growth and bring more job seekers to Indeed, while ensuring a great experience to our users.
• Collaborate with other teams across geographies to deliver projects spanning multiple product areas. Make other products at Indeed better with insights collected by this team.

Most of all, you love solving user problems to make a difference in the lives of other people, whether they be job seekers, employers, or fellow Indeedians.

Minimum qualifications:

• Over 7 years of consumer or internet software product management experience with a proven record of successfully launching products at scale
• Experience driving the product vision, roadmap, design discussions and partner on go-to-market strategy.
• Direct experience managing, leading cross-functional teams through influence and collaboration.
• Ability to prioritize and articulate your product roadmap across business functions and work with geographically dispersed teams to get things done
• Deeply analytical mindset and track record for making data driven decisions
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead designers, engineers and analysts, and work cross-functionally and with senior leadership
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Can quickly absorb technical concepts and effectively communicate them to non-technical audiences.

Nice to haves:

• Prior experience in User-Growth via SEO
• Experience incorporating qualitative research and user feedback into decision making.

Salary Range Disclaimer

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Salary Range Transparency

Singapore 160,000 - 232,000 SGD per year
