Senior Product Manager - Integrations & Internal Tools (China and SG) The Internal Tools Product Manager is focused on process, feature, and system improvements that will drive efficiency and reduce costs for our internal teams while ensuring users have the right features at the right time. Interested applicants should have a driving ambition to improve process through technology. This role is part of the product team and collaborate frequently with Merchandising, Trade Ops, Finance, & BI teams. The Internal Tools Product Manager will work together with Product Management and other internal teams to identify challenges and opportunities, prioritise them on the product roadmap, and facilitate multi-directional communication to see changes through to completion. What You'll Do:

• Synthesise customer and stakeholder feedback to identify pain points and deeply understand their problems
• Analyse and document workflows and processes
• Lead the prioritisation and development of your product's roadmap to deliver value to our customers and the business
• Partner with our engineering, product, and design teams across the company to ensure optimal user experience on both our integrations user experience and also our internal tools
• Work cross functionally with departments in an e-commerce setting; including the following systems & workflows – accounting solutions, ERPs, WMSs, PO management, vendor extranet
• Translate complex business, operational, and technology needs among colleagues; Listen, internalise, and summarise technology changes to develop and share product strategy to non-tech stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience analysing and documenting workflows and processes
• Experience evaluating 3rd party software suites, making build vs. buy decisions, and integrating off the shelf solutions with home grown software
• 5+ years working cross-functionally with departments in an e-commerce setting; preferably working directly with the following systems & workflows – accounting solutions, ERPs, PO management, vendor extranet
• Motivation to translate complex business, operational, and technology needs among colleagues; to listen, internalise, and summarise technology changes to develop and share product strategy to non-tech stakeholders
• High attention to detail
