Scooterson Singapore is an engineering and manufacturing company, part of a USA-based Tech Unicorn in the mobility space, focusing on developing and manufacturing a range of light electric vehicles, from two-wheeler (bikes, scooters, motorcycles) to 4-wheels Low-Speed Vehicles (LSVs). You will be a core member of the R&D team and the Senior Product Manager in charge of driving the Software product roadmap. Responsibilities: Translate vision into timely execution Work closely with leadership and process vision into actual product execution. You will build the product roadmap and set execution priorities for developing Scooterson Apps, the vehicle's OS, and backend server software. Keeping up with timelines for implementation, delivery schedules, and deadlines during the development and testing phase. Plan and design features You will plan exciting features, including the UX/UI on Figma (with the graphic designer), product specs, and execution plan (with the engineers). You will write user stories and detailed product requirements. Build, test, and debug software products You will participate in technical discussions and help developers remove technical roadblocks, including testing APIs, vehicle telemetry data, testing the Apps, and overall product on the vehicles. Also, monitor and track product feedback to help in the prioritization of new feature development. Work closely with the entire team You will be in the middle of the action, understanding the bigger picture from CTO and CPO's product vision, and translating it into execution plans for the developers, designers, and testers. Creating and monitoring metrics and KPIs We expect you to be very analytic and methodological in acquiring data and making decisions based on it you will use product analytics tools and will need to improve the performance metrics constantly. Define metrics and KPIs to measure the success of the product's development. Requirements: Proven success and track record in B2C product management for consumer APPs Experience with owning a full product cycle including ideation, development, launch, and growth Experience with prioritizing organizational efforts effectively for a year, quarter, and iterations of two and one-week sprints. Working knowledge of product development architecture In-depth knowledge of Scrum or other Agile Software Development Methodology In-depth knowledge of Atlassian Suite Ability to prioritize effectively Experience with planning and software products An entrepreneurial mindset, 'can do', 'can succeed' attitude in fast-paced work environments, while acting autonomously An effective communicator, with excellent written and speaking skills Bonus: A good understanding of electric last mile of transportation Experience: 7+ Experience in building consumer or enterprise software as a Product Manager Structured approach with experience in an agile work methodology Bachelor's degree Background in Software Development Have worked on mobile/social consumer or/and network/IoT products Bonus: Past startup Co-founder or executive experience in mobility at scale Job Highlights Awesome medical package Flexible working hours
