Payments form the backbone of Aspire\'s all-in-one system, powering products such as transfers, cards, invoicing, payables and moving more than USD 600m each month.

As a Senior Product Manager in the Payments team, your objective will be to deliver a robust payments experience for Aspire where all transactions are handled accurately and seamlessly.

This role requires you to own key integrations with strategic partners that is the foundation of our payments system. You will also lead a team composed of designers, engineers and QA as well as work closely with stakeholders beyond the product or tech team (growth, operations, legal).

Responsibilities

• Own the performance and long term strategy of the Aspire payments infrastructure
• Maintain and improve our integrations with strategic partners like Wise, NIUM, DBS
• Manage all lifecycle stages from ideation through sunset, and be responsible for ensuring that deliverables are understood, releases are delivered on time, and users are engaged
• Lead a team of engineers and designers to make key improvements to the product
• Work closely with stakeholders across business, marketing, sales, compliance, etc. to develop product strategies addressing the specific needs of each of Aspire\'s target markets

Requirements

• 5 years working experience as a Product Manager, preferably in Payments or Fintech
• Be very comfortable with technology and APIs
• Demonstrated sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details
• Ability to drive negotiations with different stakeholders to make informed trade-offs
• Data-driven - has the ability to extract insights from raw data and communicate them clearly
• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
