Overview Bot MD is a Y Combinator funded startup with the mission of Empowering Doctors around the world. We believe that providing doctors with quick and reliable access to clinical information and helping to simplify clinical workflow are essential to improving the quality of patient care. This is a significant need especially in large and underserved emerging markets.

At Bot MD, we believe in building products that delight our clinical users. We are looking for a rockstar Senior Product Manager to join our growing team to help us scale our Bot MD product platforms to reach more doctors around the world.

In this role, you will lead the strategy and product direction for the Bot MD Hospital platform. You will partner alongside our founders, design and engineering team to create and execute the product roadmap to build a scalable and reliable platform.

You are a business-minded product manager. You are constantly coming with great new feature ideas, and thinking critically about which of them will make the biggest impact. You have strong user empathy and experience creating user-facing products. You know how to measure and interpret the results of your team\xe2\x80\x99s effort. You thrive in cross-functional roles and love working side by side with the best engineers and designers. You easily manage several projects at once. You work well under pressure, and you are accountable to results. Responsibilities

• Prioritize user experience and delighting the doctor above all else, focused on value creation
• Develop the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Bot MD Hospital and Bot MD Care
• Identify customer needs, business opportunities through a combination of research and feedback from customers as well as cross-functional teammates
• Execute the implementation of the product roadmaps to scale the platforms around the world
  

• 10+ years of experience leading major product initiatives in the healthcare or related industry
• Impact focus and a consistent history of delivering measurable results for both users and the business
• Ability to think big and small to build a portfolio of experiments and larger features
• Proven ability to deliver on what you say you will do. You hold your team to this standard, you don\xe2\x80\x99t let details slip
• Data and business minded. You deeply understand how your products work and how to measure long term impact. You can design, run and interpret experiments and A/B tests. You understand the impact of your work on the business and user growth.
• Strong background collaborating with multidisciplinary business, design and engineering teams to coordinate and lead the execution of the product vision and roadmap
• Good team player, excellent communication skills
• BA/BS preferred, not required
