Job Purpose
To meet the needs of the changing business demands, manage the evolution of our expanded portfolios, manage complexity of the internal control frameworks, local operating procedures, alignment with the promotional and marketing guidelines, we require more experienced marketers in the department. This is a key role that will involve the development and effective execution of marketing strategies to deliver the business objectives. Primary responsibilities Performance Measures

  • Develop the annual and three-year marketing and sales strategy for the assigned portfolio, drive business growth, and proactively identify key opportunities and develop innovative and strong plan
  • Evaluate and develop long, medium, and short-term marketing plans and budgets to ensure all marketing costs are reviewed and controlled within agreed parameters and marketing spends are delivering positive ROI
  • Ensure development of key dashboard for each asset to track progress and highlight issues.
  • Ensuring effective adherence and implementation of Governance processes and policies.
  • Ensure effective cross functional engagement and alignment of strategies/plans with other internal functions including Commercial, Medical Affairs, Corp/Govt Affairs, Regulatory, Pricing, Market Analysis and Supply Mangers/Demand Managers to ensure outstanding execution.
  • Ensure buy-in of Business Unit Director to the assigned product brand plans and Commercial Operations reviews and the drive evolution and execution of plans through the Brand Plan and Execution Plan process.
  • Plan and supervise appropriate internal meetings, to ensure strategy, key messages and tactics are understood and delivered.
  • Coaching team members in skills and competencies necessary for high quality performance.
  • Develop and implement a robust and innovative marketing plan aligned to brand strategy that engages customers through available face-to-face and digital channels to create a personalized omni-channel experience for our customers.
  • Work with Medical to develop & implement External Experts (EE) engagement strategy leveraging available face-to-face and digital channels to support brand strategy.
  • Develop and execute above industry standard disease awareness campaign with focused in consumer journey and robust understanding of media, social media and consumer activation channels
Metrics
  • To deliver Marketing Brand and Product Execution Plan outcomes and key performance indicators in line with Therapy Area Strategies.
  • To drive growth and performance by brand and therapy area in the short, medium, and long term
Knowledge and Skills
  • Strong knowledge of the Singapore Healthcare System
  • Strong marketing communication knowledge and skills.
  • Successfully launched products along with team management
  • Strong ability to apply scientific and medical knowledge.
  • Able to manage relationships with HCP, key institutions, professional associations, decision makers and other key stakeholders.
  • Independent and is self-motivated in being a change agent.
  • Robust knowledge and understanding of disease awareness campaign or consumer activation campaigns
  • Understands customers\xe2\x80\x99 digital habits and excel at adding value to customize effective communication to this.

  • Min. 3 years of marketing experience in Pharmaceutical or Consumer Health Care industry
