As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product vision, strategy & roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver \'delightful\' products that meet agent needs, elevate their experiences and drive business growth.Responsibilities:

• Develop & execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with the company\'s overall business & product objectives.
• Identify opportunities & threats through market research, competitor analysis and feedback.

• Reimagine the web & mobile app experiences of our agents and validate hypotheses through experimentations.

• Drive speed on ideation, planning, design & development of new impactful products and features.

• Work closely with engineering, design & marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch.

• Collaborate with external partners and vendors who may have cutting edge solutions and/or content.

• Define success metrics and consistently measure the impact of your work.

• Communicate product plans, progress & insights to key stakeholders and leadership.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of shipping successful products on web & mobile app.

• A seasoned professional with competency in data analysis and interpretation, making data-driven decisions.

• Strong empathy for users and ability to understand their needs and challenges.

• Understands what good experience means and love partnering with UX/UI, research & engineering team to deliver it.

• Ability to prioritize requirements across conflicting priorities.

• An all-round team player with excellent communication & collaboration skills.

• A leader who is self-motivated, has strong ownership & outcome-driven.

• Experienced with machine learning and AI.

• Relevant domain knowledge is a plus.
