As a Senior Product Manager in Property Guru\'s Data Software & Solutions team, you will be responsible for helping to define our data product strategy to help property seekers, agents, property developers, lenders and other key stakeholders make confident decisions. In addition to planning, this role will take ownership over a dedicated product roadmap and drive key initiatives that support the overall strategy and product vision.

• Takes full ownership of one or more products by defining the product vision, strategy and roadmap.
• Proactively identifies problem areas with business potential.
• Comes up with solutions to complex problems, plans out execution, and coordinates with other teams to produce the best quality products & services as a team.
• Stringently prioritizes products/projects to optimize business investments.
• Proactively leads stakeholder management.
• Addresses issues with impact beyond own team based on expertise of product management and related disciplines.
• Leads cross-business unit conversations.
• Provides clarity in ambiguous situations and guides/mentors other product managers.

Requirements:

• 6+ years crafting and delivering world-class products in a product management role.
• Experience of leading multiple large-scale and complex projects driving high-impact business outcome.
• Gracefully navigates complex and ambiguous business situations while skilfully managing stakeholders and leading a cross-functional team.
• Deep understanding and expertise in data, analytics, data visualization and data products.
• Strong analytical skills to use data and metrics (A/B testing, experimentation, user testing, data analysis) to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
• Ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps
• Ability to stringently prioritize requirements across conflicting priorities to maximize outcome.
• Confident, structured and an incredibly passionate individual who can take ownership of tasks and work independently to ensure quality output and timely completion
• Good track record with engineers, designers, and cross-functional partners: people love to work with you!
• A hands-on attitude and entrepreneurial mindset, embracing the excitement of working with a young and rapidly growing company
• Overall knowledge of the real estate market a plus.
