In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the seamless integration of multiple product-specific portals into a single, cohesive platform. Your main focus will be on improving the overall customer experience by furnishing a platform that enables customers to efficiently access and utilize Equinix\'s wide array of products and services. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to spearhead the development and delivery of a unified, seamless user experience. Through collaboration and coordination, we aim to ensure that the platform we create meets the diverse needs of our customers effectively and enhances their satisfaction with our offerings.ResponsibilitiesLead the development of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the unified portal platform partnering with the product managers. Define clear objectives and priorities in alignment with Equinix\'s business goals and customer needs.Work closely with engineering, design, customer support, marketing, sales, and other team members to ensure alignment and successful execution of the unified portal roadmap. Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to drive product excellence.Champion a user-centric attitude throughout the product lifecycle. Conduct extensive user research, gather insights, and translate findings into actionable product enhancements that enhance customer satisfaction and drive engagement.Drive the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch. Collaborate with engineering and User Experience Design teams to define product requirements, manage sprints, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality features and updates.Establish key performance indicators and metrics to measure the success. Continuously monitor performance, analyze data, and iterate on the product to enhance usability, functionality, and overall user experience.Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies relevant to the digital experience space. Find opportunities for innovation and differentiation to maintain Equinix\'s leadership position in the market.QualificationsOver 5 years of experience working as a Product Manager.Deep technical understanding of digital experience for Enterprise, B2B and B2C personas and integration of front-end with IT systems for optimal user experience.More than 3 years of software product/platform development experience.Proven track record of delivering large-scale product offerings, managing the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch and Go-To-Market.Hands-on experience leading teams to build seamless self-serve web portal experiences for B2B/Enterprise Org personas, considering varying organizational complexities.Skilled in influencing executive leadership with clear written documents conveying complex business and technical problems and solutions.Desired experience in UI and UX design.Experienced in working within global technology organizations, adept at building cross-functional relationships at all levels.Proficient in collaborating effectively cross-functionally and building relationships across teams, including with individuals outside the direct reporting chain and senior executives.Capable of defining necessary resourcing to achieve goals and effectively advocating for them.Skilled in managing and communicating effectively with executives.Proficient in defining epics and writing user stories.Understanding of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, and Customer Support.Preferred QualificationsBachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent in technology or business.Knowledge of evolving cloud business models.Data-driven decision-making skills, collaborating with customers and partners to gather diverse opinions and perspectives.Passion for technology and technical products.High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.Familiarity with the Digital Infrastructure Ecosystem.Experience with partner business models, go-to-market motions, channels, resellers, and System Integrators.Equinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
