The successful candidate will manage the development and delivery of our product, including defining and executing product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our product meets the needs of traders in onboarding and Spot & Derivatives trading experience.What You\'ll Be Doing:Industry Insights & Collaboration: Identify emerging trends and hot topics within the Web3, Crypto, and Blockchain industries. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including the Crypto Partnership and Web3 teams, to develop and implement innovative growth strategies.Go-to-Market Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for listing both Spot and Derivatives. Ensure these strategies are aligned with broader business objectives and market demands.System Enhancement: Continuously improve and optimize the listing infrastructure system to support the evolving needs of the business and the dynamic nature of the crypto market.Airdrop & Token Migration Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of airdrops and token migrations, ensuring smooth execution and resolution of any related issues.What We Look For In You:Demonstrated solid experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.A strong interest in the Web3, Crypto, and Blockchain industries, with a desire to stay ahead of industry trends.Excellent logical thinking, communication, and quick learning abilities, enabling you to tackle complex challenges effectively.Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership over products, driving them from concept to launch.Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to leverage data to inform product decisions and strategies.Nice to HaveExperience in using/building Crypto/Web3/Blockchain productsExperience in leading teams & projectsPerks & Benefits:Competitive total compensation.Comprehensive insurance coverage for employees and their dependents.More benefits to be revealed throughout the process!
