Senior Product & Process Engineer

Responsibilities:
Drive new product launches and pilot runs, ensuring readiness for mass production Work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, quality, and supply chain to ensure smooth product development and implementation. Oversee process validation, testing, and initiatives for continuous improvement Align technical recommendations with stakeholder requirements and business objectives Perform feasibility assessments and scenario analyses for upcoming product introductions Design and enhance products for manufacturability, performance, and regulatory compliance Develop and refine production processes to boost efficiency and minimize waste Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for process flows, procedures, and related materials Offer technical expertise and mentorship to team members
Requirements:
Minimum Degree and above in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 6 years of experience in Product and Process Engineering, preferably in Manufacturing Industry
Strong Experience in Six Sigma, Product Development and Process Validation
