Job Description

The incumbent will be responsible for account management in providing post-sales customer support services or field servicing to the company's local and overseas customers. The customer support services or field service servicing include installation, relocation, on-site remedial, field change orders (FCO), etc.Job Duties and Responsibilities: Provide after-sales service support for Advantest's advanced automated test and handling equipment such as installation, acceptance, upgrading, etc. Resolve production correlation/low yield and program-related issues. Identify Assist/Lead technical projects/problem resolutions for customers. Identify opportunities for solution business in collaboration with the Service Sales team. Ensure deliverables in service contracts are met. Provide technical inputs to factory for product improvements/new designs. Provide consultancy services to customers for equipment performance improvements. Assist/Lead equipment integration to customer's factory automation systems.Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering with 4 to 6 years of working experience in servicing automated production equipment, preferably in the semiconductor manufacturing industry. Knowledgeable in C++, script programming and 93000 software/debugging tools will be an added advantage. Possess Data-driven problem-solving skills and a quality mindset. Understand OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) and drive improvements Knowledge in smart factory and production solutioning Some experience in project management is preferred. Strong problem solver with good technical capabilities, good communication skills, self-motivated, customer focus, and result oriented. Occasional travel is required, sometimes on short notice.
