The Company prides itself on its ongoing emphasis and investme : Description We are partnering an established regional MNC in the consumer and manufacturing markets to identify a Senior Program Director to join its group PMO team. The Company prides itself on its ongoing emphasis and investments in Technology and Digital. Responsibilities Reporting to the Head of PMO, you work closely with stakeholders from multiple business lines to manage group wide portfolio of projects. You lead large scale transformation and strategic programs that have direct impact of the organization's operations and business efficiency. You are involved in establishing project management standards and methodologies, while overseeing project managers for the delivery of projects/program on time and within budget. Requirements Degree qualified, you have minimum 10 years of experience in managing mid to large scale, multi year programs in a complex environment. Proven delivery experience in SAP S/4 Hana, ideally in Customer Management, Supply Chain Management and Sales and Operations Planning. You come with strong knowledge of program and change management methodologies and approaches. You are a strong communicator, is resilience with effective stakeholder management skills.
