To support project managers by overseeing administrative tasks, communicating with stakeholders and handling project matter such as schedule, budget, issues and risks of the project.
Supervise project progress; attend meeting and discussion as necessary.
Resolves site problems proactively in a timely manner and seeks advice from Project Manager as appropriate.
Ensure service delivery, and timely submission of reports for completed projects.
Prepare AutoCAD drawings, such as plans, elevations, sections & details.
Candidates may be required to work at night (depending on projects ).
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/ NiTEC, Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma (specialization in Civil-related Courses/ Engineering/ Construction would be an advantage)
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Proficiency in AUTOCAD drawings. (Knowledge of 3D Modelling/ Microsoft Programmes would be an advantage.)
Possess good interpersonal skills and excellent team spirit
Able to work independently and to work on tight deadline.
