Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead the successful delivery of major construction projects exceeding
$1B
in contract value. Oversee and coordinate all phases of project delivery - design, procurement, construction, and handover. Develop and implement project execution strategies, budgets, timelines, and quality control measures. Build and manage multi-disciplinary project teams including consultants, subcontractors, and internal staff. Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including safety, quality, and environmental standards. Drive value engineering and cost efficiency initiatives. Provide executive-level reporting and risk management to senior leadership. Actively participate in tendering and business development for future project pipelines.Qualifications & Requirements
Experience: Minimum 20 years of local/overseas construction experience
in large scale civil projects (Bridges, Tunnelling, Deep Excavation, Piling)Education:
Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from aPEB-recognized institution
At least 8 years as a Project Director
with proven track record in full cycle delivery Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple high-value projects concurrently.
