Senior Project Engineer (manufacturing) ($4000 $5000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$5K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: EastResponsibilities
- Lead new product development and Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) on process/quality related issues
- Early involvement with Business Development and Toolroom team on Early Product Review
- Review if current process capability meets new product requirement.
- Ensure that leadtime required for gear up process capability is known and agreed upon by Business Development and Customer.
- Tool design review for manufacturability and potential changes.
- Feedback and document requirement that is not achievable and propose new criteria to both BD and customer for acceptance.
- Participate in DFM of new project development.
- Perform Tool buy-off testing and ensure that tool conform to targeted yield, cycle time and quality for smooth mass production run as well as tool function reliability.
- Min Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledgeable in Engineering & Production process automation is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
