Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: Up to $8,000
• Annual Wage Supplement + Variable Bonus
• Annual Leave
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.15pm
• Working Location: Changi South (next to Expo MRT)

Responsibilities:

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the program, connecting various business units and identifying potential business opportunities within each.
• Regularly engage with customers through weekly scorecard and quality meetings, monthly safety, and continuous improvement (CIP) sessions, project-related discussions, KPI reviews, and strategic business reviews.
• Lead and participate in CIPs and ad hoc projects focusing on workplace safety enhancements, automation, process optimization, quality improvements, productivity gains, data analytics, data visualization, storage models, freight consolidation, cross-border trucking, and overall network planning.
• Oversee the planning and execution of projects ranging from shortterm (6 months) to long-term (10 years) timelines.
• Act as the primary representative in customer engagements and project-related meetings.
• Take a leadership role in staff training and career development planning.
• Manage multiple CIPs and ad hoc projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in contract logistics leadership role.
• PMP certification preferred.
