You will own the project management and implementation processes for GE Healthcare Digital solutions, leading a group of team members including System Integration Specialists, Application Specialists, Field Engineers, and Solution Architects. Essential Responsibilities You will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and process productivity during the installation process including: Acting as the primary liaison between GE and the customer team. Ensure projects are implemented based on the approved GE Healthcare Digital Implementation Methodology to ensure the project is completed on time, under budget and with quality, and to maximize customer satisfaction. Documentation of the project deliverables defined by the Standard Implementation Methodology to meet the project quality. Work with Sales to initiate projects through review of orders and formal handovers from the commercial teams, conduct internal and external kick off meetings, and other activities to set goals and objectives of the projects. Developing project plans and completing other project planning activities for assigned projects based on the project contracts and Statement of Work documents to properly manage schedules, costs, qualities, human resources, communications, risks, and any other key areas of projects. Identification, escalation and resolution of issues throughout the project deployment cycle. Work & manage the indirect (channel execution) projects in ASEAN region. Execution of project plan through internal and external progress meetings, managing customer expectations and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Be accountable and responsible for milestone progresses, including ensuring completion of all milestone reviews with the PMO are done in a timely manner. Closing off the projects by completing all project deliverables and through documented handing over to the support team. Conduct post implementation reviews and deployment of lessons learnt Engage in knowledge sharing sessions with peers across the region through Project Management Workshops Quality Specific Goals Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position. Complete all planned Quality and Compliance training within the defined deadlines. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required. Qualifications/Requirements Bachelor's degree 5+ years of Project Management experience in healthcare IT industry is a must. (Mainly on Radiology /Cardiology IT world) Willingness to travel up to 50%. Experience in managing revenue generating projects, cost-budgeting of projects Proven leadership in negotiation and effective decision-making capabilities. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple priorities to meet scheduled completion dates and customer expectations. Proven cross-group collaboration skills with an ability to work and communicate with diverse work partners. Proven cross-influence skills with an ability to work and influence both internal and external team members to achieve mutual goals. Desired Characteristics Project Management Professional (PMP) certification Experience in implementing RIS & PACS is a must. 4+ years' experience deploying large-scale Healthcare IT projects where deadlines where met on or ahead of schedule. Ability to communicate on complex technical issues in a customer-friendly manner. Ability to work effectively in a difficult and fast paced environment. Ability to multi-tasks and manage competing priorities. Knowledge on how to negotiate on Change Management with the customer and setting customer expectations Ability to provide constructive feedback to installation teams and contractors Knowledge/experience with the GE Healthcare Digital products and/or Healthcare Information Systems Proficient in Project Management Software such as MS Project Six Sigma certification and/or experience in Lean methodology Good understanding of IT Lifecycles (SDLC and ITIL) Inclusion and Diversity GE Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
