Title:

Senior Project Manager - Engineering

Job Responsibilities:

Lead, plan, organize, coordinate, and control projects in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the client. Lead the Project Management team, including but not limited to Associate Project Manager, Interface Manager, Project Coordinator, QA team, Project Engineers, and Engineering disciplines. Lead the Project Management & Engineering team in the development of the 3D Model ensuring efficient and effective layout and delivery. Lead the delivery of the 30-60-90 model reviews and take responsibility for the close out of actions/comments. Has responsibility for day-to-day contact and communication with the client and focuses on providing client satisfaction. Possess knowledge of Oil & Gas design and engineering in the offshore industry, especially offshore platforms and/or FPSOs. Supervise personnel assigned to the project through subordinate leaders. May also serve as the proposal manager for large/medium-sized projects. Job role has budgetary accountabilities. Manages internal and external project interfaces. Responsible for delivery of project deliverables in accordance with the project schedule, including early identification and resolution of problems that may impact progress. Support the Management of Change process on the project, including development of discrete schedules and budgets. Support identification and management of risk on the project, including development of mitigation measures to remove and/or control residual risk.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Engineering Minimum 15 years related experience, with average experience of 20+ years * Possesses knowledge of the respective industries including Onshore, Offshore, LNG, Refinery etc.
