We are partnering with a leading technology solutions provider to hire a
Senior Project Manager
for a series of high-security, next-generation infrastructure and automation projects for
government and public sector clients
. This role goes beyond typical project oversight -- we're seeking a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure settings and is deeply involved in the full lifecycle of project delivery.

rotating Saturday shifts
as part of a 24/7 project operation (No work on Sundays)
Project Scope
You'll play a key role in delivering innovative, high-impact solutions including:
Robotics and automation systems
Access control and security infrastructure
Border control technologies powered by biometrics and AI
These are mission-critical projects with timelines extending beyond three years, directly supporting national-level operations.
Responsibilities
Lead project delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to manage resources, risks, and change effectively
Maintain proactive communication through regular reporting to both clients and senior management
Ensure smooth execution in a 24/7 operational environment, including occasional on-site work on Saturdays
Apply strategic thinking to mitigate risks and adapt swiftly to evolving project requirements
Requirements
At least 10 years of experience in IT and engineering projects, with a minimum of 5 years in hands-on project management roles leading large-scale turnkey initiatives
PMP or Scrum Master certification preferred
Familiarity with government or civil works-related IT projects is advantageous
Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
