This Senior Project Manager, for one of Arup's key global clients, that cover upgrade of critical systems, including UPS, chillers, variously scaled cooling systems, and general engineering upgrade projects as part of office fit outs. In this role you will be the face of Arup, working proactively with the client and responsible for managing resources, timelines, budgets, risks, communications and reporting to meet their objectives and deliver tangible value to Arup and the client.
The Opportunity

• Deliver client-side commercial fit-out projects, both for restacks and new builds.
• Apply project management expertise to lead and deliver work in a coordinated, controlled manner.
• Drive commercial success by demonstrating strong commercial discipline and delivering high-quality work.
• Liaise with key client stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of set project outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients to build relationships and contribute to business development efforts.

Is this role right for you?

• 5-10 years of experience in Project Management or Advisory roles within the consulting sector or a client organization.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, project management, architecture, business, or a related field.
• Professional accreditation such as AiPM, Certified Practicing Project Manager (CPPM), PMP, or similar.
• Proven ability to manage project time, quality, and performance effectively.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to prepare impactful project reports for clients.
