Job Description

Project Management: Lead and oversee projects related to automotive metal components manufacturing, ensuring they are executed efficiently and within budget.

\xc2\xb7 Communication: Serve as a central point of contact for communication between internal teams, Tier 1 suppliers, and other stakeholders, both locally and internationally.

\xc2\xb7 Strategic Implementation: Implement strategic directives set by senior management, working to align project goals with the company\'s long-term vision.

\xc2\xb7 Advisory Role: Provide expert advice and recommendations to group management on project progress, potential challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

\xc2\xb7 Negotiation: Engage in negotiations with suppliers and customers to ensure favorable terms and conditions while maintaining strong relationships.

\xc2\xb7 Timeline Coordination: Collaborate with the production team to ensure project timelines are adhered to, and proactively address any delays or bottlenecks.

\xc2\xb7 Vendor Management: Liaise with overseas vendors to ensure that the components and materials required for the projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.

Requirement:

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field.

\xc2\xb7 Proven experience in project management, preferably in the automotive industry or manufacturing sector.

\xc2\xb7 Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team and international partners.

\xc2\xb7 Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of automotive metal components manufacturing processes and the supply chain is a significant advantage.
