This Senior Project Manager is responsible for initiating, executing, and closing single or multiple projects according to strict deadlines, and within scope, to a budget, and to the required quality standards in order to strengthen organisation's reputation in implementing solutions for internal customers.

Role Accountabilities:

• Driving the implementation full 'life cycle' using waterfall and/or agile project delivery methodologies
• Enforcing project governance, capacity planning, and risk management
• Enforcing implementation best practices with business users / implementation partners
• Managing the expectations of users/stakeholders
• Perform crisis management when required
• Managing virtual teams of functional and technical implementation consultants (on a project basis)
• Promote methodology to all stakeholders during the project life-cycle. leading complex projects with formal management techniques (work plans, status reporting, issue and risk management, financial tracking, earned value, etc.)
• Expected to clearly communicate with people at all levels about goals, responsibility, performance, expectations, and feedback
• Drive implementation of medium scale ERP / bespoke projects with supply chain software (preferred) and work independently while following a project delivery methodology

To be successful in the role, you should possess 15 years of working experience with at least 8 - 10 years of Project Management experience ideally in

• Knowledge of E-Commerce preferred
• Good communicator:
• Demonstrated maturity in interacting with business users at mid to senior management level
• Ability to perform under pressure and believe he/ she can influence the outcome and see it as an opportunity,
• Team Building Skills provides the substance that holds the team together in common purpose toward the right objective
• Status reporting on project status, results, project metrics
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence
• Ability to travel if required, on a frequent basis, depending on the project assignment taken

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree with strong IT experience with IT project management skills
• PMP or CITPM or equivalent certification
• Scrum / Agile certification
