Due to a strong portfolio of projects, we have opportunities across our Commercial/Retail, Healthcare/Life Sciences, Data Centre, Corporate Real Estate Industrial/Manufacturing, Institution and Infrastructure business lines.

Main Purpose of the Job: Act as the Senior Project Manager in leading the provision of services for large scale developments.

(Key Responsibilities): Act as Project Director for the project and lead all key project stages as described below:

  • Project planning and initiation
  • Consultant Management
  • Design Management,
  • Stakeholder Management,
  • Schedule and Cost Management
  • Change Management,
  • Contractor management during construction,
  • Handover, Testing & Commissioning and DLP
  • Ensure that the project deliverables are achieved on time, within budget and at the required level of quality
  • Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the
project
  • Develop a master schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities
  • Determine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion
  • Manage all internal and external stakeholders, consultants and contractors/vendors/suppliers and ensure the
achievement of project deliverables based on agreed program
  • Chair project meetings and ensure that records are properly kept

Job Requirements & Person Specification (Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Behaviours)
  • Familiar with building plans submission procedures and approvals
  • A must to have at least 8 years of experience in building developments in Singapore
  • Relevant working experience and proven management abilities
  • Effective communication skills and leadership qualities
  • Able to lead the team
  • Degree in Project Management, Building, Architecture or Civil & Structural Engineering or other relevant qualifications
  • 8 years or more of relevant experience in buidlings project management
