You will be providing local program management and strategic guidance to support current and new business opportunities. This role will take the lead on moderate to large, complex projects from initial concept through to national execution.

Description

• Employ advanced project management skills to lead cross-functional teams to plan and manage project objectives and timelines, to ensure risk profiles and mitigation plans are developed and executed for each project via formal risk assessments.
• Support input and provides commercial grounding and solutions during project development stages that combines a balance of innovation, risk management, benefit and cost.
• Set an example for project team members to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work, as well as resolving any issues/challenges.
• Act as a best in class Project Management example for the organization and subject matter expert.
• Enable dialogue with the leadership team to manage project prioritization and resource deployment on assigned projects.
• Partner with various Supply Chain Teams to drive consistent and reliable delivery on complex projects.
• Develop and maintain exceptional business relationships with internal/external stakeholders through project leadership by consistently providing on-going project communications and status updates.

Profile

• Bachelor\'s Degree in engineering, technical or packaging related discipline or minimum of 10 years in project management within Consumer Packaged Goods, Food Service, Quick Serve Restaurants or other related industries.
• At least 7 years in packaging-related industry/discipline with demonstrated success in packaging commercialization.
• At least 3 years of Project or Program Management experience executing moderate to large, complex technical packaging projects on-time and within budget for CPG, Food Service, Quick Serve Restaurants, or other related industries.
• Knowledgeable about formal, financially driven business case methodology and development.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with technical project management tools such as timelines, GANTT charts, or similar PPM tool, etc.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.
