Responsibilities: * Handle day to day maintenance operations on existing investment portfolio held under the Group * Take responsibility for all property-related matters including planning, esta Responsibilities: Handle day to day maintenance operations on existing investment portfolio held under the Group Take responsibility for all property-related matters including planning, establishing and maintaining good landlord-tenant relationships To assist in the property development projects To handle queries To conduct pre-inspection of units before TOP/handing over units to homeowners To prepare handover package of newly completed units to homeowners To perform defects management and co-ordinate with developer's project team and/or main/contractors and others on defects rectification works during Defect Liability Period To manage project close-out activities To attend to other job related or ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Civil / Construction Management / Building / Structural / M & E Engineering Must have at least 3 years of experience in Singapore residential/commercial/industrial projects Must be well versed in status such as BMSMA, independent with integrity, innovative, proactive and resourceful Must have good organization, problem solving and communication (verbal and written) skills Supervisory experience is essential and must be able to lead a team Must have the ability to work under pressure and must be able to meet deadlines Candidate with FSM certificate will have an added advantage
