Senior Purchasing Executive ($3000 $5500/aws/vb)

Job Description
$5500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- To support in order management, Purchase Order (PO) issuance, Incoterm and Payment Term accuracy, etc.
- To process on-boarding of new supplier
- Responsible for monitoring delivery schedules to ensure the continuous supply of raw materials from suppliers/manufacturers.
- Familiarise with the incoterm 2020
- To work with Finance Dept and external provider on mismatch invoice and pricing
- Publishing of key purchasing performance report required on procurement activities to include and not limited to Spent, Active PO Tracking and On-Time Delivery (OTD), etc
- To develop excellent and effective collaborative relationships with key stakeholders and external providers and other agencies to ensure strategic and operational needs are fully understood and incorporated.
- Uphold and observe corporate governance and compliance to promote awareness and transparency.
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Manufacturing/Production, Electrical, Mechanical industries is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
