You will also be responsible on assisting to drive and manage daily procurement functions whichinclude mentoring and coaching of junior procurement staff.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To execute and continuous review of tasked cluster procurement strategies, optimal sourcing network/supplier management. Adhere to procurement policies and assist with implementing process that support organization's goal toward good procurement governance. Recommends and implement process improvement that support the organization's goal. Ensure stake-holder's compliance and adherence to procurement policies, procedures and regulation. Identify and realize cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality and service requirement. Collaborate with internal and external stake-holders to build and execute procurement strategies aligned to organisation goals. Develop supplier relationships that achieve maximum value from the current and potential supplier base. Formulates an approved vendor list encompassing strategic categories. Lead tasked strategic negotiation in the area of contract negotiation, pricing and supply agreement, inventory strategies and total cost agreement. Involve in budget planning and control on key parameters contributing to sourcing cost. Manages responsibility across multiple procurement categories that was assigned. Maintain close interaction with suppliers and internal stake-holders to ensure procurement needs are addressed while fostering a customer-centric approach to solving issues.REQUIREMENTS A degree in Business, or any related discipline with a practical experience of at least 4 years in a Purchasing function Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook and Team, preferably with exposure in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central but not mandatory Preferably with good English and Chinese proficiency Have strong listening and conversational adaptability Able to present and communicate in clear, concise, and confident manner Able to work independently or collaborate in teams when required Able to negotiate amicably and effectively A "can-do" attitude, complemented by the capability to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong business and financial acumen attention to detail resulting in an organised day-to-day management of the team, and external stakeholdersUNDERSTAND THE KOMPACPLUS CULTUREAs KompacPlus is built on the joint efforts of our valuable people, it is important for the ideal candidate toresonate with our core values as listed below: Integrity: KompacPlus is a lifestyle brand for people.
