Senior Qa Engineer
Job Description
Responsibilities: Execute testing for mobile app, from UIUX down to APIs level Define test specifications, test suites, draft test cases for all enhancements and new project Works together with software developer to enhance the programs and fix all reported incidents Research and compare similar competitor products and recommend improvements to enhance user experience Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements Collaborate with product development team to ensure consistent project execution Understand the toolsets needed to support reliable test environments (scripting, logging, reporting and monitoring) and continuously improve on productivity and quality Any other duties as assigned.Requirements: Degree in Computer Science / Software engineering / Information Technology or equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience as QA engineer/automation engineer. Demonstrate strong knowledge in Quality Assurance, as well as knowledge of Object Oriented Design and programming principles Requires in-depth knowledge in performing testing of iOS, Android apps and backend APIs with various assistant tools Coding experience in any object oriented programming language is an advantage Good understanding of database concepts and queries (Oracle SQL) Good understanding of web services and API testing Good understanding of Jira and Confluence
