Roles & Responsibilities Lead a team of QA operators and drive them for continuous improvement by implementing up-to-date quality control standard to achieve all quality control goals set by the management. Set up RDA equipment, software and data server with supplier to enable RDA needs for production and engineering. Set up and maintain Quality control system including network connection, defect server and defect library. Partner with production, engineering and technology teams to determine sampling strategy to meet quality requirements. Develop, apply, revise, and maintain quality standards for RDA tool through the means of SPC and GR&R. Participate in key yield and quality troubleshooting and continuous improvement projects. Generate and maintain quality control reports, RDA SOPs and all necessary documentations. Performs other duties as assigned. Duties will vary according to the project progress and/or the specific goals of the division. Coaches, mentor and conduct training for targeted organizations on quality control system of the plant. Candidates with strong knowledge of SPC, Cpk and GR&R will be added advantages. Job Requirements BEng(Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Material Sc), or BSc (Physics/Chemistry) Minimum 5 years working experience in the field of quality control RDA. Working experience in Semiconductors manufacturing industry preferred. Hands-on experience in setting up and maintaining RDA system. Able to perform first hand tool troubleshooting will be added advantage. Strong knowledge of RDA methodology, software and defect evolution. Familiar with SPC and GR&R. MS Office literate.
