Maintain and implement quality program for maintenance on the QC functions in Division /Department activities in the Division/ Department to meet the quality objectives and requirements of the customer.
Maintain Division Procedure Manual to meet QMS requirement.
Liase with customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory bodies on standards and requirements
Schedule and implement quality program for the activities in the Division /Department /Project to meet the Division /Department /Project quality objectives and goals
Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformity relating to the product, process and quality system
Identify and record any problem relating to the product, process and quality system
Initiate, recommend or provide solutions to product and process quality issues through designated channels
Verify the implementation of solutions to any problem relating to the product, process and quality system
Assure the timely completion of corrective actions on deficiencies found during audit and verify its effectiveness
Participate in continuous improvement programs related to the product, process and quality system
Preparation of customer/contract audits
Perform internal/ quality system audits to ensure that the quality management system is being practiced and follow-up on the resolution of non-conformance issues/ findings
Participate in continuous improvement program related to the product, and process
Job Requirements
Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics and/or Mechanical Engineering
At least 3 years of relevant experience in similar role
Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
Quality knowledge (ISO9001:2015) is an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
