Job Description





Responsibilities

  • Responsible for overall quality management activities
  • Ensure compliance with respective ISO standards as well as company standard
  • Handle and process customers product enquiries, complaint and rejection.
  • Responsible for handling consumer complaints arising from product defects or issues
  • Liaise with Procurement, Warehouse & Contractor to arrange for replacement of defective products.
  • Understand customers\' requirement on product technical specifications, test standards and test methods
  • Handle the products\' material & design development / enhancement projects.
  • Assist in the monthly on-site audit.
  • Support in maintaining the ISO readiness and handling the internal & external audits.
  • Conduct quality laboratory activities / testing on the current & new products
  • Provide improvement or recommendation on the laboratory activities or technology / software upgrade
  • Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned\xef\xbb\xbf

Requirements
  • Bachelor in Business Administration/ Chemistry or equivalent
  • At least 2 - 3 years of quality control/assurance experience preferably in FMCG-related products
