Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall quality management activities
- Ensure compliance with respective ISO standards as well as company standard
- Handle and process customers product enquiries, complaint and rejection.
- Responsible for handling consumer complaints arising from product defects or issues
- Liaise with Procurement, Warehouse & Contractor to arrange for replacement of defective products.
- Understand customers\' requirement on product technical specifications, test standards and test methods
- Handle the products\' material & design development / enhancement projects.
- Assist in the monthly on-site audit.
- Support in maintaining the ISO readiness and handling the internal & external audits.
- Conduct quality laboratory activities / testing on the current & new products
- Provide improvement or recommendation on the laboratory activities or technology / software upgrade
- Ad hoc duties/ projects as assigned\xef\xbb\xbf
Requirements
- Bachelor in Business Administration/ Chemistry or equivalent
- At least 2 - 3 years of quality control/assurance experience preferably in FMCG-related products
