Responsibilities

• Support QMS Lead to ensure the compliance of QMS towards ISO9001, AS9100 & other certification requirements
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive compliance accountability, adherence and improvements
• Perform internal quality audits that address certification and contractual requirements including covering technical requirements of the engineering, procurements and manufacturing aspects of project deliveries
• Assist QMS Lead to plan, develop annual audit engagements
• Ensure effective implementation of non-conformance, corrective action and preventive action management processes
• Conduct pre-Customer audit briefing, internal audit and follow up in corrective/ preventive actions
• Assist QMS Lead to liaise between stakeholders for external quality audits, follow up in corrective/preventive actions
• Validate and updating quality process procedures
• Support QMS Lead manage daily Document Control Centre activities

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field
• Minimum 5 years working experience in a quality function
• Thorough understanding of the principles and practice of Quality Management Systems in Engineering, Project Implementation, Manufacturing industry or equivalent
• Qualified and trained internal auditor in ISO 9001:2015 or AS9100:2016 is preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Independent worker and team player
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Working location is in Jurong East
• This is a 2 years direct contract
