Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify and develop long haul business opportunities.
• Be an active stakeholder of the IFM business development work in line with Certis IFM strategy and vision.
• Actively and successfully manage the solution development, solution pitch, negotiation and closure.
• Enhance the IoT Enabled Integrated Facilities Management Product and develop a customized solution for customers.
• Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation.
• Be the main owner / key stakeholder in cross-functional projects, including the development of project plans, budget, scheduling, issue management, implementation and progress reporting in IFM segment.
• Develop and implement strategies for new products and services.
• Respond to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner.
• Manage customer relationship together with the various sales and operations teams.
• Understand customer businesses and develop service offerings that address their needs.
• Able to use digital systems and tools (e.g. Security+/Mozart orchestration platform, mobile-enabled facility mgmt tools etc.) to perform healthy building and infrastructure operations while also reducing costs, improving productivity and boosting sustainability

Skills & Experience

• Diploma from recognized Institutions and possess relevant work experience
• Possess strong leadership qualities, good temperament and maturity
• Effective communications and instructional skills
• Resourceful, dedicated, self-motivated and results-oriented person, with ability to work independently
• Proficiency in the usage of Excel and Word will be beneficial
• Good service mindset
• Awareness of different digital systems and tools in the field of security operations and training (e.g. mobile-enabled patrol and incident management, Patrol and Traffic Enforcement Robot, Virtual Reality / Augmented Reality)
