$7K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours

Location: West

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Monthly Progress claims, variation orders and payments to sub-contractors/main contractor.
• Managing and handing of project budget & cost control.
• Coordinator and establish report with consultants, quantity. surveyors, architects, developers, and contractors on certification of claims for payment.
• Handle/Knowledge Familiar with various stages of projects to source for the most compatible and reasonable priced materials. Able to share new perspectives on cost, orders, and claims.
• Key Knowledge of understanding of the contractual legal rights, the candidate will be involved in advising the management on their position of the contract from the tender stage.
• The Candidate Reifiable project\'s bottom line by projecting the right cost for tenders and timely claims for the project.
• Maintain and Build a good relationship with Client, & subcontractors/maincontractors of the Project QS to ensure that the project is smooth and met the project timeline.
• Chase the Claims and cheque for project and submit the claims on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building and Construction & Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge in Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA) Conditions of Contract, REDAS, FIDIC, FIDIC Short Form of Contracts is a plus.
• Flexible and proactive attitude.
