\xc2\xb7 Filing of variations/ monitoring of project variations

\xc2\xb7 Advise site team on contractual issues

\xc2\xb7 Valuing completed works and Filing of progress claims

\xc2\xb7 Monitoring of procurement process

\xc2\xb7 Attendance of site/technical meetings

\xc2\xb7 Drafting of subcontracts

\xc2\xb7 Preparation of cost assessment for Variation Orders

\xc2\xb7 EOT claims preparation

\xc2\xb7 Evaluation of price comparison summary

\xc2\xb7 Conducting site measurements

\xc2\xb7 Review and understand all plans and specifications

\xc2\xb7 Arranging meetings with subcontractors and suppliers to review the specifications, scope of works and method of construction if required

\xc2\xb7 Built-up rates for costing purpose

\xc2\xb7 Coaching of QSes

Requirements :

\xc2\xb7 Degree or Diploma in Building/ Quantity Surveying.

\xc2\xb7 Min 2-6 years\' experience, preferably from Main Contractor

\xc2\xb7 Well-versed in both Contracts Administration and Tenders

\xc2\xb7 Possess good negotiation and coordination skills

\xc2\xb7 Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate with people from all levels.

\xc2\xb7 Meticulous, analytical with excellent problem solving skills, proactive, good team player and able to meet tight deadlines

\xc2\xb7 Able to work independently with minimum supervision
